Add-ons give you the power to customize the way MindHive works, adding integrations and enhancements that suit your process, without adding a ton of stuff you don't need.
Free accounts come with the "Coach" add-on, with the rest available to Premium users.
Upgrade to PremiumStop wasting time organizing every little detail on your todo list when you could just be Doin' It. Once you finish something, check it off and it moves out of your way. If something suddenly becomes urgent, drag and drop it into any column at any spot. As you move through your day and your list of items, you can stay focussed on the task at hand. With Doin' It, all you have to do is all the stuff you have to do.
Well, how many do you really need? You can only do so much in one day, so put that stuff in the Today column. And yeah, you have stuff you have but can't get around to by bedtime. It's still important, right? That's what you put in the 'soon' coloumn. Everything else can wait, and the 'later' column makes for a good back-burner, reminding you of long-term ideas and goals without getting in the way of what you have to do right now.
Oh, but you can! And in an arguably better way than giving it some arbitrary importance such as 'high' or 'medium' priority. Instead of choosing from a small set of useless categories, you can just drag the items into the order that they need to be done. Now when you have five urgent items that all need to get done right away, you pick which is most important, drag them in that order, and check them off as you go.
The goal of Doin' It isn't to have more features than all of the rest the task managers out there. Rather, it's to make it as easy as possible to help you get things done. That said, we have loads of ideas for new features, and we'd love to hear if you have any suggestions, too. As we update the site you'll see all of the latest changes, so make sure to check back often.
If you're not sure where to start, .
The cursor will automatically be moved up to the next text box so that you add several todo items in a row.
